Hudson Village Theatre COVID Guidelines

The following measures have been put in place to help ensure the health and safety of our staff and patrons.

Please note: We will be following all updates on any changes in governmental regulation and adapting our guidelines if/when they change. The following protocols can change at a moment’s notice.

COVID Protocols

A COVID Officer will be present at all times. Their job is to ensure that all safety protocols are being followed by staff and patrons.
Patrons must wear masks until they are seated. If someone does not have a mask, a new mask will be provided by staff.
Contact tracing: We will be recording the names and contact information for all patrons attending performances.
Social distancing will be enforced at all times.
Hand sanitizing stations will be set-up in multiple locations on site for ease of access.
All seats and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized after each performance.
Patrons must remain seated after the performance. HVT staff will direct each person or bubble during entrances and exits to avoid crowding and close contact.
Seating distances will be a minimum of 1.5m. “Bubbles” (attendees from the same household) are permitted to sit next to one another. Owing to this, seating capacity will be limited.
There will be no refreshments served on site. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
